Is it FPOS Basic/Inter, Trusts in house training?

We are FPOS Inter.

Hi,
IN House to a manual that is inadequate.

In Cumbria we have "field trainers" and they do the training then sometimes a Paramedic assesses us or a Lancs Field Trainer.

90% Paramedics are brilliant, there are two who seem to play the politics game. (Same everywhere, I suppose)

I like the paramedic assessments,it gives us a chance to talk to people with real experience and a balanced view.
